Dr. Ghannam received his D.D.S degree in 1985 from Uninversity Of Michigan, in Ann arbor.
Dr.Ghannam has been delivering healthy, beautiful smiles to patients for over 30 years. Even after graduating with his dental degree, his passion of learning never stopped. To this this day he keeps up to date with many continuing education classes and got certified in traditional and mini implants, orthodontics, veneers and IV Sedation to ensure his patients receive the most advanced dental care. Dr.Ghannam feels fortunate to be doing something he genuinely loves every day, improving lives one smile at a time.
He is a member of American dental association, Michigan dental association and Chicago Dental association.
Dr. Derek A. Pflum DDS
Dr. Pflum received his Doctor in dental surgery (DDS), 2015 at University of Detroit Mercy and Ph.D., Department of Chemistry at Yale University, 1998.
Dr. Pflum keeps up to date with many advanced continuing dental education courses such as implants.
Dr. Yasaman Kahnamouei DMD
Dr. Kahnamouei received her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), May 2001 at University of Kentucky college of Dentistry and Finished her major in biology at the university of Detroit Mercy, May 2008.
She received the Golden award in prosthodontics University of Kentucky 2015 and was on the dean’s list at the university of Detroit Mercy.
She is a member of American Association of Women Dentists and American student dental associations.She loves spending time with her family and kids. And like watching movies.
Dr. Fawaz M. Ahmed, DDS
A member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association and Detroit District Dental Society, Dr. Ahmed graduated from University of Detroit Mercy Dental School in 2002.
Born in Royal Oak, Michigan, he later went on to travel the country taking advanced continuing dental education courses from some of the most prominent minds in dentistry today. That expertise infuses his practice and offers his patients the best in dental care.
Dr. Ali Zaini, DDS
Dr. Zaini earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from LSU School of Dentistry in May 2024. During his time at LSU, he was recognized for his outstanding achievements, receiving the Fixed Prosthodontics Award of Excellence in 2023 and the prestigious Hanau Best of the Best Excellence in Prosthodontics Award in 2024.
As a committed dental professional, Dr. Zaini is a proud member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience while helping individuals achieve healthy, confident smiles. Outside of his profession, Dr. Zaini enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. He also has a passion for fishing and playing sports, particularly soccer.

With a commitment to excellence, she strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their care.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Ayoubi enjoys traveling and making lasting memories with her family and friends.
Dr. Tala Mahjoub DDS
Dr. Tala Mahjoub earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, graduating in May 2024. She is passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate dental care and believes that every patient deserves to feel comfortable, heard, and confident in their smile. Dr. Mahjoub takes pride in creating a calm, welcoming environment and is committed to tailoring treatment plans to each patient’s individual needs and goals. She values patient education and enjoys building long-term relationships based on trust and transparency.
Outside of the office, Dr. Mahjoub loves to travel, experiment with new recipes in the kitchen, and practice her Spanish. She looks forward to getting to know you and helping you achieve a healthy, beautiful smile.
Dr. Elham Javidan DDS
Dr. Elham Javidan is a general dentist that joined Campbell dental team as an associate dentist since 2011. She is experienced in different areas of dentistry and enjoys working with patients of different age groups.
Dr. Javidan is a 2010 graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy, School of Dentistry, which she attended after receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at University of Michigan.
Dr. Javidan is a member of American Dental Association and Michigan Dental Association. She strongly believes in the value of continuing education and routinely attends seminars and training courses to ensure the latest advancements in the field of dentistry are available to all her patients.
In her spare time, she enjoys watching movies, baking and spending time with her family.
Dr. Anass Koleilat DDS
Dr. Anass Koleilat is originally from Beirut, Lebanon and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from St. Joseph University School of Dental Medicine in 2018. Towards the end of his training, he developed an interest in surgical dentistry, implant dentistry, and periodontal plastic surgery procedures. Dr. Koleilat then pursued specialty training in Periodontics at the University at Buffalo School of Dentistry where he received his specialty certification and completed a Masters in Oral Sciences. Dr. Koleilat was selected as the Chief Resident during his 3rd year of residency and was the recipient of the Feagans Clinical Postgraduate Scholarship Award in 2021 for his high standard of care, ethics, and professionalism.
Dr. Koleilat is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, a proud member of the American Academy of Periodontology, and actively lectures and attends annual meetings, seminars, and workshops nationally and internationally. Dr. Koleilat’s passion for dentistry stems from his willingness to help others and serve his community. He is a visiting professor at the CWRU periodontics department and maintains hospital privileges at Saint Elizabeth Hospital Youngstown - Mercy Health system.
In his free time, Dr. Koleilat enjoys playing soccer, reading, and is an avid coffee drinker. He and his wife and daughter like to explore local coffee shops and nearby parks with local hiking trails. Dr. Koleilat is eager to meet you all.
Dr. Ila Sayed
Dr. Ila Sayed is an American board-certified orthodontist, born and raised in Michigan. She earned her dental degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry and completed her orthodontic residency at the University of the Pacific Arthur A.Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco. Dr.Sayed believes in individualized treatment planning and delivering high-quality orthodontic care tailored to each patient. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, horseback riding, and playing the piano
Dr. Sophia Elmuradi
Dr. Sophia Elmuradi’s passion for understanding the nature of disease and her ability to identify and manage difficult cases propelled her to pursue a higher degree in Oral & Maxillofacial Pathology. She is a Board-certified Oral & Maxillofacial Pathologist, holding a master’s degree from the University at Buffalo. Additionally, she specialized in Oral Medicine and completed a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Elmuradi earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Detroit Mercy and previously served as an assistant professor before rediscovering her passion for patient interaction during teaching, which led her back to practicing as a general dentist. Committed to staying abreast of the latest dental advancements, she dedicates numerous hours to continuing education. Dr. Elmuradi’s unwavering compassion and attention to detail drive her to provide the highest quality care to all her patients.

Dr. Zaini is the proud recipient of the Oral Medicine Certificate of Merit Award and is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD).
With expertise in cosmetic dentistry, restorative procedures, and pediatric care, Dr. Zaini stays at the forefront of dental technology and techniques to provide the highest level of care. She takes pride in creating a comfortable, welcoming environment where patients feel at ease.

Denise Guadiana has been a valued member of the Campbell Dental family for nearly eleven years, bringing passion and dedication to patient care every step of the way. Natasha Stefanova, RDH
Natasha graduated from dental hygiene school in 2001 and has been a dedicated member of our team for the past 20 years. She is committed to providing exceptional care while promoting better oral hygiene and long-term dental health. Her approach ensures patients receive the guidance they need to maintain confident, healthy smiles.
Natasha values building strong relationships with patients and creating a welcoming, comfortable environment where they feel well cared for.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and kids, reading, watching movies, and going on family vacations, cherishing every moment spent making lasting memories.
Kristi, RDH
Kristi began her dental career at the age of 15 when she accepted an after-school job at a local dental office. That summer, she trained as a dental assistant, building a strong foundation in dentistry. She carried this experience into dental hygiene school, graduating from WCCCD in 2001 as a Registered Dental Hygienist.
Over the past 30 years, the dental field—and the world—has changed significantly, but Kristi’s love for patient care has remained constant. She is passionate about making patients feel comfortable and confident in their dental health.
Outside of her full-time career as a dental hygienist, Kristi enjoys CrossFit, serving through music at her church, discovering new restaurants, traveling, and savoring a good glass of bourbon. Cheers!

Naketa M. Dortch is a Registered Dental Hygienist with a passion for providing exceptional patient care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Siena Heights University in 2009 and has been dedicated to promoting oral health and wellness ever since.
Outside of the office, Naketa enjoys staying active through physical fitness and loves traveling with her husband. Her commitment to both health and adventure reflects in her warm and energetic approach to patient care.

Doaa is a Registered Dental Hygienist graduated from Southwestern College located in California, she is a pre-dental student. Doaa is very passionate about giving the best dental care and hold the highest values of ethics.She received many scholarships including Higher scholastic from SWC and the National Science foundation for chemistry majorShe is also a member of Phi Theta Kappa honor society, American Chemical association, California Dental hygienist Associations, and American dental association. She enjoys reading and knitting.
